How Does This Work?
You can book a fund-raiser and auction any night but Friday and begin selling
tickets as soon as
they are printed. You can ask your members and community businesses
to donate items for the
auction and begin collecting them. Advertise in all the
free papers and place stoies in all media
possible. Posters are available to place
in conspicuous areas.
.
Danney has old stock videos and
music albums, cassettes
and CDs that he will donate and these may be given away to ticket
purchasers.
The key is to get as many folks from the community in those seats at concert time.
Concession
sales, food sales, and the auction will take place right after the concert.
.
A
concert may be arranged without the auction of course, but we have found that a large
percentage
of the funds raised comes from the auction and food sales.
Burgers, lemonade,
brownies, and cookies are the biggest sellers.
How do you make money?
The only thing Danney takes away from your event is the money from the sale of
his newest CDs.
All of the money from any free-will offerings, advance ticket
sales, food and/or consession sales,
and all of the money made in the auction
sale over the actual cost of the merchandise sold, goes
to the the church, school,
or organization sponsoring the event.

NOTE: If you are a church please use this event as an outreach to the community.
Gospel
music is a great way to get new faces in the pews.
Danney is a Christian entertainer
with a purpose.
The bottom line is:
Always introducing people to Jesus Christ.
